Need help transitioning to a plant rich diet? Lost in a world of recipes on the internet and need some 1-1 tips and walk throughs? Have you recently had some functional medicine testing and need to add/remove specific foods to your diet and not sure how to? We can now do it over Zoom, Google Hangout or FaceTime, and I will be very your very own virtual personal chef and plant based coach! Together, we can create a meal plan and recipes that work for YOU. I follow an all inclusive approach, no need to go vegan 100%. No radical changes.
How it works:
- We start with you filling out the form below, with preferred date and time for the class.
- I will contact you and will put together a personalized plant based food class(es) just for you, with a bespoke menu based on your interests and goals and pantry items that you have in stock. It can be something specific you are interested in, or I can offer suggestions.
- We will then meet online for our virtual zoom class, where I will guide you as we make it together. Or I can make it and you watch and take notes. Its for you, so you choose your style of learning.
ONLINE – 60 minute class – USD $60 up to two people in two locations. USD$25 per person extra. Great choice to create one meal together or to learn 1 specific recipes or techniques. If you prefer to buy a package, I offer 6 classes for $325 USD.
ONLINE – 2 hour class – USD $90 up to two people in two locations – $40 USD for extra person. Great choice if you want to create a full meal with a few recipes or assistance with meal planning or to cover a series of recipes. If you prefer to buy a package, I offer 6 classes for $500 USD.
In person One on One – 2 hour class USD$150 and 3 hour class USD$200. Includes all the shopping, prep, recipe handout, minus cost of ingredients which will be presented for reimbursement. You will get 5-6 recipes made together and keep all the food!
Weekly Meal Prep – we go over how to plan the week’s menu, setup your time for batch cooking and prep ahead

Or we can create a 3 course dinner plan and make it together. Some big hits are plant based lasagna|vegan mozzarella|vegan cannoli or a an asian themed meal with spring rolls, veggie loaded homemade ramen soup, vegan lemongrass ice cream. I can offer many more!
