Kate will cover the full spectrum of the Raw Magic lifestyle; we promise that you will finish the course armed with a practical knowledge of how to make magic in the kitchen, along with a transformed awareness of how to empower yourself and implement the magic in your world.

Everyone who completes the course satisfactorily will receive a certificate, an endorsement from Kate and Raw Living which you may use should you wish to start teaching classes or offering catering services yourself. This is a great way to kickstart your raw career, and give yourself the tools and the confidence you need to share your own raw magic. You also receive an exclusive manual.

If you wish to put a deposit down to secure the place, we accept a non-refundable deposit of £200. There is a £10 admin fee if you choose this option.

Itinerary

The course runs Friday through to Tuesday, 11.0-5.0 pm each day. Residential options available, please contact manuelascalini@gmail.com to book accommodation. If you are travelling from afar, we recommend arriving on Thursday to orient yourself, and not booking travel that leaves early on Tuesday evening, so you don’t have to rush off at the end of the day.

Accommodations:

The course DOES NOT include accommodations, but we have partnered with ECO LODGE  and have a discount code if you choose to book your stay there. You can also find some amazing camp sites near PEG FARM, an organic sustainable farm nearby.

If you cancel before 29th March,  we will retain £200 non-refundable deposit and refund you the remainder. If you cancel on or after 29th March , we regret that we are unable to offer you any refund. You could of course find someone else to take your place, and transfer your booking into their name.

Course Info

The course is an in-depth comprehensive introduction to the raw lifestyle. With no more than 20 people in the class, everyone gets plenty of chance to ask their questions and get the most out of the course. The course runs over five days, from 11.0 am – 5.0 pm every day, with an up to an hour’s break in the middle of the day. You get lots of opportunities to sample the individual ingredients to really familiarise yourself with all the unusual ingredients used in raw cuisine, as well as getting to enjoy the finished recipes every day.

– Superfoods, what exactly are they, how to take them, why they are beneficial
– Naturopathic Detox – the holistic techniques that are helpful to assist in detoxification
– Optimum foods to include on the raw diet & what’s preferable to avoid
– Raw Foods for the family – how to do it with kids and people who are less enthusiastic than you are!
– The importance of healthy fats
– The importance of hydration
– The importance of alkalisation
– Raw when travelling
– Digestibility when creating raw cuisine

We will make an example recipe in each category, but Kate also goes into detail on how to create each from scratch, so you are equipped with the knowledge and understanding to create recipes according to your own personal palate and preferences.
