Nut Free Cacao Nibs Morning Boost Granola

 

2 cups soaked buckwheat

2 cups soaked pumpkin and sunflower seeds mixed

1 1/4 cup coconut flakes

3/4 cup packed of pitted and soaked dates

1/3 cup soaked goji berries

1/2 cup cacao nibs

 

2 T coconut nectar

1 T moringa powder

1 T matcha powder

1 T spirulina powder

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

 

Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until all are broken down to desired texture, or rice size pieces.

Place in two dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 2 hours at 135, then lower to 115 and dehydrate for an additional 12 to 20 hours.
