1/2 cup chopped mint leaves

Ideally, we finish eating/drinking any food or soups by 7 pm, and drink lots of water and herbal teas all day. My favorite teas to support a detox day are nettle (very rich in iron), dandelion, chamomile, and/or a detox tea of your choice.
