Liquids Feasting Week – November 3-5, 2020 in collaboration with Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio

Give your body and mind a day of rest from solid foods!

A liquid cleanse means just that: staying away from solid foods and drinking cold pressed juices, shakes, soups during the day. It helps eliminate toxins from within your body. The ultimate goal is to leave you feeling revitalised, refreshed, invigorated – in other words: full of energy! We add blended shakes and soups to our liquids cleanse as we firmly believe you need the fiber to help with gut health and proper elimination specially for those who are not used to cleansing. 

An “all liquids only day” keeps your body hydrated, feeds your cells pure goodness, and gives the digestive system a chance to shut down and, effectively, ‘reboot’ itself. You should feel the benefits of a juice cleanse after only a few days, with increased energy levels, as your body is able to repair organs and tissues much quicker than before.

How does it work?

  1. Email me to sign up. The cost is $295 for all 3 days, inclusive of deliveries. Please email me the following: Name, contact number, delivery address, and any allergies and other medical concerns you would like to share! Also, if you absolutely dislike cold soups, I can send cooked (slows down the detox, more grounding though). Payment is made on first day of delivery, cash or check to Manuela Scalini Archer.
  2. Let me know if I can add you to a WhatsApp group. Send the number please.
  3. We deliver THE EVENING BEFORE WE START, SO THAT MEANS, first DELIVERIES WILL HAPPEN MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, BETWEEN 4 PM AND 6 PM. Contact for delivery is Ryan +1 (246) 832-4882. Then, deliveries will be every afternoon, (Tues and Wed pm)
  4. Please start preparing for the cleanse this weekend by eliminating gluten, red meats, sugars and alcohol to the best of your ability. It will really help how your body reacts to the cleanse and you will benefit the most from it. But if you cant, do your best. Don’t feel guilt 🙂

Proposed Liquids Day Schedule

Reminders: Water! You can drink freely during the day. 

Same for unsweetened herbal teas, you can have during the day too!

Ideally shy away from coffee, but if you prefer to not skip the caffeine, try green tea or matcha for a change!

Upon Waking:

Warm lemon water with cayenne. The warm water is the easiest to drink for the digestive system as its the same temperature as we have internally. The lemon alkalizes the body. The cayenne pepper helps wake up the digestive fire, and increases metabolism, waking up your body for all the juices goodness coming up for the day! 🙂

8 oz warm water with the juice of 1 lemon, and a pinch of cayenne.

7-8 am

Juice # 1 – Deep Green – we start the day with as green as can be infusion of pure chlorophyl. Did you know that within 15 minutes of drinking all that green goodness become absorbed into your cells and starting to shake off the bag guys??? Its a green boost fo energy!

Basic Green cucumber, apple, celery, kale, ginger, lemon, pineapple, rocket, parsley, mustard leaves

12-12:30 pm

Shake  (drink #2) – high plant protein, healthy fats, ketogenic , no sugar or carbs. Blended and not strained to include the fiber

2 to 3  pm 

Juice #3 – we will be drinking the rainbow so expect colorful juices, but always with some greens added, as otherwise it is way too much sugar . Remember : chew your juices, as in, drink slowly!!

5 pm 

Booster Shot – 2 ounces of pure plant medicine – we will be doing pickle juice ( probiotic shots), pure ginger/turmeric and pure radish/apple cider vinegar 

6 to 7 pm (no later)

Blended soups (some raw, some cooked)

DO NO EAT after 7 pm.  Drink herbal teas.

Drink herbal tea from 7 pm onwards, go to bed early, allowing all the juiciness to flow into your cells and restoring, rebalancing and cleansing!
